Bob is the strategic leader of the Agri-Food Loop at Quarry. He leads a team of energetic professionals applying customer insight across a range of marketing communications disciplines. These range from brand strategy to stakeholder relations and fully integrated campaigns that are delivered with relevance and impact.

Caitlin Quarry

As Online Community Manager, Caitlin is immersed in the evolving world of social media on a daily basis. She is responsible for sourcing and managing blog posts, articles, images, videos and materials for Quarry's social media channels as well as consulting on social media strategy for Quarry clients. Caitlin also provides expert counsel on social media community management, content management, monitoring and analytics, best practices and emerging channels. A University of Waterloo graduate, Caitlin began her career at Quarry in 2010.

Daniella Ciotti

Showing creative prowess in concept design and layout, Daniella's mark is stamped on many pieces for clients such as Syngenta, Onsior and North Waterloo Farmers Mutual Insurance. With her exceptional eye for detail, Daniella also supports Quarry’s social media team in the areas of strategic design and brand consistency. She is a graduate with distinction in Graphic Design from Conestoga College and has been a valued member of the Quarry team ever since.

Dave is a search engine optimization (SEO) specialist with Quarry's Traffic Builder team, where he helps his clients improve their website’s search visibility. With a strong technical background and experience in user centered design, Dave brings a multidisciplinary approach to all of his client work. Through his Masters research at the University of Guelph, Dave remains on the cutting edge of organic SEO.

Credibility builds over time through consistency and living up to one’s promises, while chemistry is that spark of attraction, of connection and of uniqueness. As Associate Creative Director and leader of Quarry’s writing team, Frances is passionate about developing messaging that is both true to the brand and irresistible to the audience.

Gary consults with companies that want to optimize the online experiences of their customers. He develops and executes programs that leverage insights based on quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the customer experience.

After 13 years in the digital field, Geoff is more excited than ever about its possibilities. He puts this energy to work for a broad spectrum of Quarry clients, developing strategies that leverage technology to evolve their businesses -- particularly in the areas of corporate and internal communications, work-flow processes, B2B marketing and corporate social media.

Glen Drummond

Chief Innovation Officer

Glen has consulted with Quarry clients for over two decades on strategy for brand positioning, segmentation, long-range planning, product innovations, integrated communications programs and digital channel strategy. Glen founded Quarry’s Web development practice in 1993. Current areas of focus include the rebuilding of digital strategies around a search-driven marketplace, and the redesign of innovation processes to better align the agendas of sales, marketing and product development. Glen’s industry experience spans consumer telephony, financial services, couriers, agribusiness, software and a myriad of B2B niche industries.

John Van Daele

Senior Writer

John can be found writing (and ranting) in Quarry’s creative department. He has been involved in business-to-business marketing communications, concept development and voiceover work for clients like RIM, Siemens, SunGarden and Nortel. John's education in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson and English, Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo means he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to each project with which he is involved.

Lisa Attygalle

Marketing Automation Strategist

As a marketing automation strategist, Lisa is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns. She is also involved in the project management and usability test facilitation of customer experience sessions. Lisa manages several Quarry marketing initiatives such as Idea Exchange, email marketing campaigns and product sitelets.

Mark Heine

Associate Creative Director, Digital

A classic designer with a passion for incorporating great design into new media platforms, Mark has an ability to see and understand the “big picture,” a strategy that consistently results in brand-building campaigns and engaging visual designs for Quarry clients. Mark has delivered branding and digital projects for a broad array of clients including Symantec, Cisco, Johnson Controls, Research in Motion, Nortel, Eloqua, DPR Financial, Manulife and BLJC.

Maurice Allin

VP Strategic Insight

Maurice’s role at Quarry is to lead the strategic insight team, which includes strategic planners and research professionals. His specialty is strategic planning and the development and application of innovative research methods for understanding how both individuals and businesses operate and make purchase decisions. Maurice has conducted over 1,500 focus groups on a broad range of topics including public policy, website usage requirements and marketing communications. Client work includes: the City of Kitchener, BASF, BDO, FedEx, Nortel, and Sprint.

Mike is a Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for designing, planning and reporting on the launch of data-driven, marketing automation campaigns for clients that are focused on lead nurturing and customer acquisition.

Mo Oishi

Senior Writer

Mo is a specialist in the considered-purchase category, an arena where the purchase cycle is long, the decision-making complex and the stakes high. Here the marketer needs to delight, inform and ultimately establish on-going relationships with the audience. Since 1998, Mo has worked with Quarry clients in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, aviation, financial services, high-tech, communications and non-profit sectors. Mo has a PhD in plant biology (University of Guelph) and a Masters degree in Journalism (U.C. Berkeley).

VP, Technology Strategy

As Quarry’s Vice President of Technology Strategy, Norm leads the team that helps our clients make the right kinds of connections between their business needs and technology. In this role, Norm often works as the lead technical architect, developing a shared understanding of the business objectives and then creating feasible tactical recommendations and implementations to achieve those business objectives. His role also involves continual research and development of new technology and providing opportunity assessments for companies that want to employ the latest technology to gain a competitive advantage. Walid Hassanein

Experience Design Advisor

As an Experience Design Advisor, Walid Hassanein’s focus at Quarry is to ensure that the user experience is a positive one, whether it’s navigating a website or an application through a mobile device. He has worked globally as a usability consultant and engineer with such clients as Vodafone and M.I.T.’s Media Lab. Walid, who began his career at Quarry in 2010, has a bachelor of industrial design from Carleton University in Ottawa.
