As Quarry’s Vice President of Technology Strategy, Norm leads the team that helps our clients make the right kinds of connections between their business needs and technology. In this role, Norm often works as the lead technical architect, developing a shared understanding of the business objectives and then creating feasible tactical recommendations and implementations to achieve those business objectives. His role also involves continual research and development of new technology and providing opportunity assessments for companies that want to employ the latest technology to gain a competitive advantage.
