Dale’s role at Quarry is to bring the voice of the customer into the client’s boardroom. Dale’s strong agricultural background and unique insight techniques allow him to discover new things that other people might miss. How does he do that? Dale believes that the best way to think like the customer is to be the customer. He spends time with customers while they work, while they relax and while they make decisions in order to gain a deeper understanding of how they approach their operations. Dale has worked in sales and marketing roles for a major multinational corporation. As a customer insight specialist, Dale has conducted research in crop protection, seed, and equipment marketing sectors.
